Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

What areas do you serve??

“Duuuval!!!”

I primarily operate within the city of Jacksonville FL. I can accommodate surrounding areas such as Orange Park, Ponte Vedra, St. John’s, Nocatee, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Yulee, Fruit Cove, and Fleming Island.

Can I post these pictures to social media?

“You’re tagging me, right?!”

Of course! I would ask that you don’t make any alterations to the photo or add any filters. Lastly, it would mean a lot if you tagged me in the post, as word of mouth is crucial for a photographer’s career and ability to work.

Can I get the raw photos as well?

“It’s a no for me dawg!”

Raw photos do not represent the totality of a photographer’s work, so we do not present those to the client. To give an analogy, it would be like giving the raw dough to a client who ordered a cake.

What if I can’t make the shoot?

“Quit breaking my heart!”

If you let me know at least 48 hours in advance, I’m more than happy to reschedule your shoot. However, if you attempt to reschedule after your session time has begun you will have forfeited your deposit and need to start the booking process all over.

Do you have a studio?

“No, not at the moment, these property managers be taxing!!!”

All photo sessions will be held at a public location of the client’s choice. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure the location or venue allows the photographer to work, as well as obtain any necessary permits..

Give an overview of your process??

“Tell me when and where and I’m shooting like John Wick!”

Booking with me consists of the below steps:

  1. Initial contact

  2. Booking on my website (requires 50% nonrefundable deposit)

  3. Photography contract signing (via DocuSign)

  4. Shooting

  5. Editing (Usually around 5 to 10 business days after shoot)

  6. Photo delivery (via google drive)

What forms of payment do you take?

“As long as it’s not pennies, I’m not complaining.”

The 50% nonrefundable deposit must be made on my website. The remaining balance can be paid through my website, cash app, or Zelle.

Can I bring a guest with me to the shoot?

“Of course! The more the merrier! Well…”

I strongly encourage my clients to bring someone along who can help them invoke the look that they want for their shoot. However, please understand that the client will be responsible for their guests’ actions. If their guest creates a hostile environment or one in which I feel threatened, I reserve the right to cancel the shoot immediately.

What do I need to bring to the shoot?

“A good personality!”

The best photos happen when my client’s personality is able to shine through, so just bring a good demeaner..

Why should I hire a professional photographer??

“Because your camera phone pictures ain’t gonna cut it!!”

A professional photography session allows for better and more easily controlled lighting. Also, the photos taken on a professional camera have a higher resolution on average than most camera phones.
